They way we at MMC see it, management is about understanding behavior, output and meaning. In the wake of today’s global environment a paradigm shift in management philosophy has taken place. This new paradigm requires managers the have skills that support and promote understanding, while at the same time, realizing that people act according to their understanding and not their conditioning.

Therefore, modern managers need to practice what we call “CLM” or Coaching and Leading Management techniques. The CLM approach understands that an individual’s performance or out put is based up a number of changing variables facing that individual, and by providing the managers with CLM tools that can focus on the individual, such as our MMC Assessment Platform, we assist them in creating awareness (understanding yourself and your surrounding, identity, etc.) and responsibility (self-expectancy, self-esteem, ownership, etc.).
